Eleanor has been in the health/wellness and leadership development space since 2010. She started her career by managing leadership programs and coaching participants to reach their full potential. In addition, she has over a decade of experience in the wellness field as a fitness coach, spin instructor, and lifeguard/swim instructor. Eleanor currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, who happens to be her college sweetheart.


My mission is to help you eliminate overwhelm and set clear, attainable goals to increase your health, happiness, and fulfillment. I understand the struggles you're facing because I’ve overcome my own issues with mindset limitations.

  • I have over a decade of experience as a personal trainer. Couple that with my own fitness transformation and prior struggles with disordered eating, over-exercising, and various health issues (fatigue, gut health, migraines, food sensitivities, body dysmorphia, etc.) I’ve seen it all!

    Most people try to go too hard too fast on their wellness journey and burn out early. I will create a clear pathway for you to eliminate bad habits, improve your relationship with food and your body, and start exercising in a way that benefits your unique body frame, lifestyle, and schedule.

    If you want to live a long life, you need to be active until the day you die. It’s better to build proper habits now than to keep cheating yourself with shortcuts, detoxes, and diets that harm you in the long run. Fitness isn’t just about looks, it’s about being strong and independent well into your 80s and 90s.

    I’ll provide you with a food list, and a clear (easy to stick with) workout plan to make progress quickly in the gym or at home.

  • Absolutely not. I work with clients from all different spiritual and religious backgrounds. While I am Christian and often use the Bible as a reference, there was a time in my life when I didn’t have a strong relationship with God. I was raised in the church but saw a lot of abuse within the system: people using the bible to manipulate, judge, steal, and hurt. This turned me away from God.

    It wasn’t until I started reading the Bible for myself in my late 20s that I developed a strong relationship with God. I believe everyone has to find what works for them and I make a point of NOT pushing my religious beliefs on clients.

    If your story is anything like mine and your faith was weakened by life’s circumstances but you’d like to rediscover your foundation, I would be honored to assist through coaching.

  • Prior to our first session, we will both sign an agreement which states that what happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. I take my work very seriously and would never share client information with anyone. I value your trust and take every precaution to safeguard it.

  • I meet with clients once a week. Through many years of experience, I’ve found that clients see the most change when we meet weekly. This allows you time to reflect and apply what you’ve learned while maintaining steady progress.

    Throughout the program, you will received weekly homework that will ensure consistent progress. I provide a progress report at the end of the program that includes your wins and next steps/areas we should continue to work on.
